Cancellation and Refund Policy

We are committed to offering the courses as advertised; however, we retain the right to change class dates due to unforeseen circumstances such as instructor illness, insufficient number of students, directives from the province (ex: Covid-19).
You are eligible to receive a full refund if cancellation notice is given at least 7 full working days prior to the course start date.
We are unable to refund fees if cancellation notice is given in less than 7 days prior to the course start date as we incur costs to prepare and host courses.
If a student misses a class due to illness, work, etc , it must be made up during a future course for that particular day missed (i.e. day 1) at no additional charge.
Refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of the course that has already been received. Full refunds will not be provided if the student has participated in any part of our program.
Once a student has begun our program, the expectation is that they will receive all instruction and pass their road test within 12 months of the start date. Should a student decide to not continue their program for any reason and have 12 months of more pass since their classroom start date, the student will need to rewrite the classroom test and obtain a minimum of 70%.
Students who have no activity after 15 months from their start date, have forfeited their course and would be required to start the course over again. We will not provide refunds in part or in whole for students who have been in our system for 15 months or more.
